I need to take photos, or better yet, video of what I've been using. It utilizes the same 40 foot clothesline spool I had for the plugknocker set up, but it's for an anchor. I found out yesterday that with the cleat mounted forward on the slide trax of my WS Ride 135, I can deploy the anchor from standing position. So when I see the opening in the milfoil, and the wind is blowing me out of casting range, I can bend down, pull the line off the cleat, let it fly, re-cleat it, and I'm good to go. The best part is that I can pull it up from that position too and there is no coiled mess of line for me to trip over.
