Adding YakAttack NiteStripe to your Kayak
adds visibility and safety in low light conditions
and looks cool as well...Bonus !
The strip can be added to your paddle as well.

    Materials needed to get started:

    Denatured Alcohol
    clean rag
    knife or scissors
old credit card or plastic putty card
YakAttack NiteStripe in your color choice

I decided to use the kayaks mold seam running along the side.
Clean with alcohol to remove mold release, slime, oil and dirt .
This allows the NiteStripe to stick better. I rounded teh edge
of stripe to prevent the corners from peeling.

Sticking the stripe in one foot increments makes for a straighter line.
Smooth the stripe with the card to remove any air bubbles trapped
    under the stripe.
Cut the ends in a radius to prevent the edges from lifting.
Cleaning the surface with alcohol is good for decals too.

(in my best M.A.S.H. announcer voice)
    That is all . . .
